At Elavate Collagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Elavate Collagen garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
